A welterweight bout has been added to The Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale on December 3 in Las Vegas as Jake Ellenberger will meet Jorge Masvidal.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Wednesday.
The Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale will come from the Palms and will be headlined by Demetrious Johnson defending the UFC flyweight title against the winner of The Ultimate Fighter 24 flyweight tournament.
Ellenberger (33-11) snapped a two fight losing streak in July at UFC 201 with a TKO victory over Matt Brown and he is 2-5 in his last seven fights. Masvidal (30-11) also is coming off a victory that snapped a two fight losing streak as he defeated Ross Pearson by unanimous decision at UFC 201.
