The inaugural M-1 Challenge bantamweight title will be up for grabs on Friday, October 21 in Russia as Pavel Vitruk faces Vitali Branchuk.
The fight booking was announced in a press release on Monday.
Vitruk (13-2) is coming off a decision win in February against Sergey Morozov and the victory snapped a two fight losing streak. Branchuk (21-5) has won eight fights in a row and he is also entering this fight following a decision victory in February as he defeated Antun Racic.
M-1 Challenge 71 will be streamed live on www.M1Global.TV and more fight bookings will be announced shortly by the promotion.
