    What’s the latest with Barnett’s 5 offers? He says he wants to fight next year.

    Will there be videos uploaded from the Bellator/ Dazn press confrence with some interviews online? I think maybe there will be.

    Great another feeder to the UFC.. They have like a dozen of them.

    Viacom really needs to buy either ONE or ACB. Or CES and Bamma. Make Rizin and KOTC their official feeder promotions. Bellator has signed some fighters from LFA, Bamma, Shamrock, Rizin.

    UFC has signed fighters from every promotion that there’s ever been. And bought 4 MMA leagues. Do you think there will be a fifth one? If they bought another promotion which would it be? I think M1, KSW, or maybe LFA.

    If Viacom bought a MMA promotion or 2 which one or ones would they be? I think ONE. Bamma n Rizin.

      Bellator and ACB are the only MMA leagues that wanna compete or beat the UFC. Everybody else wants to be tight with the UFC. I wish MMA had a few different major league promotions competing with each other and try to be number 1.

    2. Do not see Larkin ever competing at lightweight, not sure how you want an answer to that. Currently, I would not pick Pico over Pitbull or Weichel.

      In terms of buying a promotion, the first question you have to ask yourself is what are you buying? In terms of what UFC and M-1 Global, and this is just my opinion, I think this is all about helping the UFC enter the Russian market, which is a smart move on their part.

      For Viacom, I do not see buying a promotion a smart move for them.

      1. But what are they gonna do with 100 million from Dazn? They can’t spend it all on fighters. That would be a huge mistake. Maybe they can do some kind of deal with 50 cent. But I think it would be a huge missed opportunity if they don’t buy a MMA promotion or 2.

        1. The money they will receive from DAZN will help the promotion in multiple ways. Some things you will notice and some things you will not because it’s behind the scenes things. Like I previously said, if you are looking to acquire a promotion, what are you buying and does it help the company bottom line.

  3. Norman Parke should fight at lightweight or welterweight? I hope Bellator gives him to a rising prospect or contender.

  4. What division will Bamma’s lightweight and welterweight champion fight in Bellator? I think it should be lightweight.

    Chandler is most likely signing with UFC very soon. What else is there to do in Bellator for him. Besides moving up to welterweight.

    1. From a Bellator perspective, they likely would prefer Terry Brazier to fight at lightweight based on the depth of lightweight vs. welterweight. For Chandler, the only reason I believe for him to stay in Bellator is if they are willing to outbid a UFC offer.

  5. Is Ali still managing Minakov? If he would’ve fought out his contract with them he’d have his 3rd or 4th fight with UFC by now.

    Is Barnett close to making a decision on who he signs with? His manager said he has 5 good offers.
