Bellator 214’s Desmond Torres explains the origin of his nickname “The Tyrant”

The Bellator debut of Desmond Torres is set to take place next week at Bellator 214 as he’s scheduled to face Steve Ramirez on the preliminary card.

Torres (5-1) made his professional debut in April of 2017 and he’s currently on a three fight winning streak. Two of his three wins during his winning streak have come by submission and he’s coming off a triangle choke submission win against Mykola Aivazian at CXF 15 in October.

On this edition of The MMA Report Podcast Extra, Torres talks about his upcoming Bellator debut against Steve Ramirez and tells Jason Floyd of The MMA Report Podcast about the origin of his nickname, “The Tyrant.”
