A welterweight bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 33 in Australia as Alex Garcia will meet fellow UFC newcomer Andreas Stahl.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Monday.
UFC Fight Night 33 will take place from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in on December 7th in Australia and will be headlined by Mark Hunt meeting Antonio Silva in a heavyweight bout.
The event will air live in the United States on December 6th, due to the time difference between United States and Australia.
Garcia (10-1) is currently on a four fight winning streak as two of his last three victories have come by rear-naked choke submission in the first round. He trains out of Tristar Gym in Montreal and his only professional defeat came against current UFC fighter Seth Baczynski.
Stahl (9-0) is the latest Swedish fighter to join the UFC roster, and his last two victories have come by stoppage. Since turning professional in 2009, he has three career wins by TKO with two of those coming in the second round
