A welterweight bout has been added to UFC 170 on February 22nd in Las Vegas as Mike Pyle will meet TJ Waldburger.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on late Tuesday evening and the bout will take place on the preliminary card.
UFC 170 takes place from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on February 22nd and will be headlined by a light heavyweight bout as Rashad Evans meets Daniel Cormier.
Pyle (25-9-1) has won seven of his last nine fights in the UFC and three of those wins have come in the first round by TKO/KO. In his last appearance in the octagon, he was defeated by Matt Brown in the first round and the defeat snapped a four fight winning streak.
Waldburger (16-8) was signed by the UFC in 2010 and won three of his first four fights in the organization. He has dropped two of his last three fights and was defeated by knockout at UFC 166 against Adlan Amagov in his most recent bout.
