Mohegan Tribe Department of Athletic Regulations Executive Director Mike Mazzulli confirmed the medical suspensions to TheMMAReport.com.

Bellator 110 featured Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Lawal advancing to the final of the light heavyweight tournament. Also, Des Green, Matt Bessette, Will Martinez, and Daniel Weichel advancing to the semifinals of featherweight tournament.

Lawal was the only tournament fighter to received a medical suspension as he has been suspended 45 days due to a laceration. Also receiving suspensions were Manny Lara, Marvin Maldonado, and Dave Roberts.

Lara and Roberts both received indefinite suspensions and will need doctors clearance to come off suspension. Lara’s suspension is due to corneal abrasion to pupil and Roberts failed his pre-fight physical and was not allowed to compete on the card.

Along with releasing the medical suspensions, Mazzulli confirmed that Jackson made weight following the official weigh-ins. Jackson initially weighed 206.25 pounds and he was unable to strip naked due to all of the security cameras in the casino. They immediately went to a private room and Jackson was on weight.
