Following the UFC Fight Night 39 main card broadcast on UFC Fight Pass, the organization held the post fight press conference in Abu Dhabi. 
The press conference was attended by UFC executive Gary Cook, Roy Nelson, Clay Guida, Tatsuya Kawajiri, Ryan LaFlare, Ramsey Nijem, and Thales Leites.
