A light heavyweight bout has been added to the UFC 174 card on June 14th in Vancouver as Ryan Bader will meet Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante.
The fight booking was initially reported by Neil Davidson of the Canadian Press and was later confirmed by the UFC.
UFC 174 will come from Rogers Centre on June 14th and will be headlined by Demetrious Johnson defending the flyweight title against Ali Bagautinov.
Bader (16-4) has won four of his last six fights and two of those victories have come by stoppage in the first round. His most recent fight came in December when he dominated Anthony Perosh to win by unanimnous decision.
Cavalcante (12-4, 1NC) will also enter this fight following a victory as he defeated Igor Pokrajac by submission at UFC Fight Night 32. It was his first victory in over two years as he entered the fight with Pokrajac on a two fight winless streak (0-1, 1NC).
