Everyone is focusing on CES’s main event between former WWE superstar Dave Bautista and MMA veteran of 40+ fights Vince Lucero, but CES this Saturday is also offering some very intriguing northeast MMA match-ups! 
Plus, there are plenty of former UFC, Strikeforce and Bellator names all trying to make names for themselves again. For instance, anyone remember “The Crow?” How about “Doomsday?” Sure, Invicta might be on some peoples dials, but if you are looking for some “Real Pain,” check out this card!
Dave Bautista (0-0, WWE Superstar) vs. Vince Lucero (22-22)
Bautista looks to silence his critics and also a new opponent in a huge confrontation with super heavyweight Vince Lucero. Bautista has been training for months in preparation for this matchup even bringing in the likes of current UFC fighter Stephan Bonnar. Then again, will any of that matter since Lucero has fought former UFC champion Tim Sylvia, TUF coach Roy Nelson and other former UFC fighters such as Brad Imes and MMAVictor’s own Soa Palelei. Time will tell on Saturday night, but this matchup is going to be epic nonetheless!
Dave Loiseau (20-10, UFC veteran) vs. Chris McNally (7-4)
Loiseau’s name hasn’t been spoken since the UFC’s USA vs Canada PPV when he lost to Rich Franklin in an attempt to win the middleweight belt. Since then he has mostly gone quiet and is coming off a year-long layoff and injury. McNally has been a journeyman for most of his carrer but has proven to be a spoiler. The question here will be can McNally get this fight to the ground so he can work his submission game or is the old UFC veteran Loiseau going to stick-and-move himself to a victory.
John “Doomsday” Howard (15-7, UFC veteran) vs. Brett Chism (16-11)
Who doesn’t love Doomsday? Well, other than Chism maybe? I know, trick question, but Doomsday always bring the pain. Anyway, Doomsday comes into this matchup wanting to get back into the octagon, while Chism wants to push his win-streak up to 4 with a huge upset here. The biggest question I see in this fight though is can Doomsday finish this fight in under 2 rounds?
Chad Reiner (29-13, UFC/BFC veteran) vs. Keith Jeffrey (9-2-1)
Reiner had a terrible experience in Bellator against Rudy Bears, but thankfully he has forgotten that and ripped off two solid local victories. Jeffrey on the other hands comes in with all the local hype and is ready to spoil Reiner’s party. Jeffrey has a very solid submission game and the key here will be can Reiner keep this fight standing and out of Jeffrey’s tough guard.
Marc Stevens (14-9 UFC/SF/BFC veteran) vs. Luis Felix (7-6)
Stevens has fought in every major active promotion in the states but has seemed to have some tough luck. Felix on the other hand has scored some epic victories including a TKO win over TUF veteran Joe Proctor. Now, don’t let Felix’s record fool you, he gets in wars and this is something Stevens has to be aware of. Felix has KO power and if Stevens wants to make it back to the big stage he may just have to fall back on his trusty BJJ skills here.
Tyler King (4-1) vs. Josh Diekmann (12-4)
Diekmann looking to continue his northeast heavyweight division dominance against Connors MMA up-and-comer King.
Mike Campbell (10-4) vs. Geimyale Adkins (8-3 BFC Veteran)
RI’s own Campbell, looks to spoil Philly roadshow’s Bellator comeback.
Todd Chattelle (10-7-6) vs. Chandler Holderness (9-3)
WaiKru MMA Holderness looking to show his KO power against the gritty Chattelle.
Saul Almeida (12-2) vs. Calvin Kattar (12-2)
