An undisclosed injury has forced Yosdenis Cedeno to pull out of his UFC Fight Night 42 bout on June 7th against Jon Tuck and replacing him in the fight will be UFC newcomer Jake Lindsey.
UFC officials announced the change on late Tuesday evening.
UFC Fight Night 42 will take place from the Tingley Coliseum on June 7th and will be headlined by a lightweight bout as former lightweight champion Benson Henderson faces Rustam Khabilov.
Lindsey (9-0) has won three straight fights by TKO/KO in the first round and his most recent victory came in February against Ted Worthington. Five of his nine victories have come in the first round and he has only gone the distance twice in his career.
Tuck (7-1) made his debut in the UFC in late 2012 and scored a decision victory over Zhang Tieguan at UFC on FUEL TV 6. His next appearance in the UFC would come eleven months later as he lost a decision to Norman Parke at UFC Fight Night 30.
