A lightweight bout has been booked for UFC Fight Night in Atlantic City on July 16th as Ultimate Fighter 15 alum Joe Proctor meets Justin Salas.
The fight booking was announced by UFC officials on Wednesday.
UFC Fight Night Atlantic City will come from the Ovation Hall inside the Revel Casino and will be headlined by Donald Cerrone meeting Jim Miller in a five round lightweight bout.
Proctor (9-2) made his official debut at The Ultimate Fighter 15 Finale and defeated Jeremy Larsen by knockout in the first round. He would end up losing his next fight in the UFC to Ramsey Nijem and will enter this fight following a victory over Cristiano Marcello at UFC Fight Night 36.
Salas (12-5) has been in the UFC since early 2012 and has won three of his five fights in the organization. His is coming off a first round knockout at UFC Fight Night 40 against Ben Wall and it was his first win by TKO/KO since 2010.
