UFC International Fight week will begin on July 1st in Las Vegas and one of the events that will take place that week will be the “Ulti-Man 5k” on July 4th.
Fans are encourage to participate in the event that will take place throughout Downtown Las Vegas and UFC fighters and personalities will be taking place in the event.
The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. PT on July 4th and registration starts at 7 a.m. followed by a UFC FIT inspired warm-up at 7:30 a.m. with UFC FIT Coach Mike Dolce, UFC women’s bantamweight Miesha Tate and UFC GYM coaches.
The event starts and finishes at Hogs & Heifers Saloon. The 3.1-mile course is set up for fans looking to stay active and runners and walkers of all fitness levels. Participants can expect to visit UFC FIT stations throughout the course where they will be motivated through training techniques by UFC stars.
The Ulti-man 5k course runs alongside Fremont Street Experience and passes by legendary casinos, the famous Viva Vision canopy that spans the length of five football fields, novelty restaurants, shops and sites of historic firsts.
The registration fee for the event is $35 per participant and all participants receive an official Ulti-man race t-shirt and a medal. The Ulti-man 5k through the UFC Community Works program will donate a portion of the entry fee to help support Three Square Food Bank, ONE DROP, The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada and Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada.
