An undisclosed injury has forced Tom Lawlor to pull out of his UFC Fight Night 46 bout against Ilir Latifi and replacing Lawlor in the bout will be UFC newcomer Chris Dempsey.
The fight change was announced by UFC officials on Thursday.
UFC Fight Night Dublin will come from the O2 Arena on July 19th and will be headlined by Conor McGregor facing Diego Brandao in a featherweight bout.
Dempsey (10-1) is currently on a eight fight winning streak and his last four wins have come by stoppage. His most recent victory came at the beginning of May as he defeated Nick Kraus by TKO in the third round.
Latifi (8-3, 1NC) lost his UFC debut last year against Gegard Mousasi and returned eleven months later where he scored a first round submission victory against Cyrille Diabate. Six of his eight wins have come by stoppage and four of those wins have come by submission.
