Abel Trujillo has a new opponent for UFC Fight Night 47 following his original opponent Bobby Green being moved to UFC on FOX 12 as Trujillo will now meet Ross Pearson. 
UFC officials announced the new fight on Friday evening.
UFC Fight Night 47 will come from the Cross Insurance Center on August 16th and will be headlined by a light heavyweight bout as Ryan Bader meets Ovince St. Preux.
Pearson (15-7) is coming off a controversial defeat at UFC Fight Night 42 against Diego Sanchez that nearly everyone believe he won the fight. Following the fight, UFC President Dana White said that the organization would treat the fight as a victory for Pearson, including giving him his win bonus for the fight.
Trujillo (12-5, 1NC) has won back to back fights and is coming off a knockout and fight of the night performance at UFC 169 against Jamie Varner. All three of his wins in the UFC have come by TKO/KO in the second round.
