Ultimate Fighter 19 winner Eddie Gordon has been booked for his next fight as he will meet Josh Samman in a middleweight bout at UFC 181 on December 6th in Las Vegas.
The fight booking was made official by the UFC on Tuesday.
UFC 181 will come from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas and will be headlined by a title rematch as Johny Hendricks defends the UFC welterweight title against Robby Lawler.
Gordon (7-1) defeated Dhiego Lima to win The Ultimate Fighter 19 middleweight tournament earlier this year and this will be his first fight since winning the tournament. He has won back to back fights and both of these victories have come by stoppage.
Samman (10-2) also came to the UFC from the reality show as he was a member of Team Jones during The Ultimate Fighter 17. He won his official UFC debut at the live finale against Kevin Casey and he has been out of action since that fight due to injuries.
