Two fights have been added to the Bellator 138 preliminary card as Steve Mann meets Justin Guthrie in a welterweight bout and Dan O’Connor faces Miles McDonald in a strawweight bout.
Both fight bookings were announced by Bellator on Monday afternoon.
Bellator 138: Unfinished Business will come from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis on June 19 and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as Kimbo Slice meets Ken Shamrock.
Mann (10-1) has won five in a row and is coming off a TKO win in January against Sean Huffman at Iowa Challenge 10. Eight of his ten wins have come by submission and all of his fights have ended in the first round. Guthrie (17-8) has lost four of his last five and is coming off a TKO defeat last month against Bobby Voelker at Shamrock Promotions: Heavy Artillery. During his career, he holds eleven wins by stoppage and six of those wins are by submission.
O’Connor (5-4, 1 NC) began his professional career in 2012 and is 1-3 in his last four fights. His most recent fight came in March at Rumble Time Promotions and was submitted by Demario Cade. McDonald (0-1) made his professional debut in May of last year and was submitted by Tyler Stokes at Blackout Fighting Championship 22. This will be his first fight since that defeat and will be looking for his first career victory.
