Following Alexis DuFresne pulling out of Bellator 137, Arlene Blencowe has a new opponent for the May 15th fight card as she is slated to meet Adrienna Jenkins.
The fight booking was reported by Combat Press on Wednesday evening and Blencowe confirmed the fight booking on social media.
Blencowe (5-4) has won three in a row after starting her MMA career 2-4. Her most recent win came in August as she defeated Faith Van Duin by knockout. Jenkins (17-5) has lost three in a row and this will be her first fight since 2010. Prior to the three straight defeats, she has won seventeen of her nineteen fights and sixteen of those wins came by stoppage.
Bellator 137 will come from the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California on May 15th and will be headlined by a title fight as Brandon Halsey defends the middleweight title against Kendall Grove.
