Ultimate Fighter 21 participant Steve Montgomery will be stepping back into the cage next Friday night in Orlando as he will meet Ralph Johnson at FC Fighting.
The fight announcement was made by FC Fighting following last night’s episode of The Ultimate Fighter 21.
FC Fighting will come from Shrine Auditorium of Orlando on May 22 and tickets are currently on sale at FCFighting.com.
Montgomery (8-2) is currently on a five fight winning streak and his last fight came in October at Titan FC 31 as he defeated Brock Jardine by knockout in the second round. During the taping of The Ultimate Fighter 21, he had a health scare that forced him out of the competition and this will be his first fight since the taping of that show.
Johnson (8-14) has lost back to back fights and his most recent defeat came in January as he was submitted by Chip Moraza-Pollard at Cage Titans 22. Prior to the last two defeats, he had won two straight and both of those wins came by TKO in the first round.
