WSOF 21 took place on Friday night at the Edmonton Expo Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and the main card on NBCSN was headlined by Lance Palmer retaining the WSOF featherweight title with a submission victory over Chris Horodecki. 
The co-main event was also a title fight as former Bellator tournament finalist Blagoy Ivanov won the WSOF heavyweight title with a third round submission victory against Smealinhi Rama.

- Ivanov submitted Rama at the 1:17 mark of the 3rd Round and this is the 6th latest stoppage in a WSOF title fight.
- Along with becoming the WSOF heavyweight champion, Ivanov becomes the first fighter in WSOF heavyweight competition to win by submission.
- The defeat for Rama snaps a three fight winning streak and both of his career defeats have come by stoppage.
- Hakeem Dawodu improved to 5-0 with a TKO win over Chuka Willis and he has the most TKO/KO wins in WSOF featherweight division history.
- Along with having the most TKO/KO wins in WSOF featherweight history, he also has the most wins in the WSODF 145 pound division.
- Michael Hill scored a split decision victory over Mark Drummond and he is now tied for 2nd most wins in WSOF welterweight division history.
- Roger Alves now has three wins in WSOF lightweight competition and he is tied for 2nd most wins in divisional history.
