UFC Fight Night 81 will take place on January 18 from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts and the UFC has released the updated fight card lineup following Dennis Bermudez pulling out of the event due to an injury.
With Bermudez being out of the event, the previously scheduled lightweight bout between Ross Pearson and Francisco Trinaldo has been elevated from the feature bout of the televised prelims to the opening bout of the main card on FS1.
Bermudez’s initial opponent, Maximo Blanco is still on the fight card and he will be on the televised preliminary card against an opponent to be determined.
