Undefeated bantamweight Tyler Hunley will look for his fourth career win tonight at Valor Fights 32 in Knoxville, Tennessee as he will meet Kodey Gulley on the fight card coming from the Knoxville Civic Coliseum.
Hunley (3-0) is coming off a stoppage win against Miles Williams Jr. at Valor Fights 27 and this matchup against Gulley will be a rematch from their amateur days. In the first meeting three years ago, Gulley won by submission and during yesterday’s edition of “The MMA Report Podcast,” Hunley talked about what he remembers from their first meeting.
“I still remember it and I know it’s more likely not going to be the same type of fight,” Hunley said. “Because both of us have gotten a whole lot better. We are not even close to the same level the first time we fought. We have both gotten better in stand up. I watched his last fight and his boxing has gone through the roof compared to when we fought. I am expecting him to throw more punches than he did in our first fight.”
