The bantamweight bout scheduled for Saturday’s UFC on FOX 21 between Ning Guangyou and Marlon Vera has been scratched from the fight card following visa issues with Guangyou.
The UFC announced the fight being pulled from the fight card on Monday evening in a statement released on the promotions website.
“Due to issues with the timing of Ning Guangyou receiving his visa, Guangyou’s bout with Marlon Vera will not take place this Saturday in Vancouver,” the UFC statement said.
With Guangyou vs. Vera scratched from the fight card, the event will go forward with eleven fights and the current fight card lineup is below.
