A welterweight bout between Ultimate Fighter winners has been booked for next month’s UFC Fight Night 100 as Warrley Alves will meet Kamaru Usman.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Tuesday.
UFC Fight Night 100 will take place from the Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil and will be headlined by a light heavyweight bout as Ryan Bader will meet Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.
Alves (10-1) won The Ultimate Fighter Brazil 3 middleweight tournament in 2014 and enters this fight following a decision defeat against Bryan Barberena at UFC 198. Usman (8-1) is currently on a seven fight winning streak and he won The Ultimate Fighter 21 last year.
