Chris Honeycutt explains how his strength and conditioning has changed since returning to middleweight

A key matchup in the Bellator middleweight division will take place on Friday, December 2 in Thackerville, Oklahoma as Chris Honeycutt will look to continue his winning streak when he meets Ben Reiter on the fight card coming from the WinStar World Casino.

Honeycutt (8-1, 1NC) returned to the middleweight division earlier this year at Bellator 156 and scored a decision victory against Mikkel Parlo. The win over Parlo was his second straight victory and he has gone 4-1, 1NC in Bellator.

During this week’s edition of “The MMA Report Podcast,” Honeycutt was a guest on the podcast to preview his fight in six days against Reiter and explained how his strength and conditioning program has changed since he returned to middleweight.
