The final main card bout for Bellator 139 has been announced as Joe Schilling will meet Bellator newcomer Hisaki Kato in a middleweight bout.
The fight booking was announced by Bellator on Monday afternoon in a press release.
Bellator 139 will come from the Kansas Star Arena on June 26 and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as Cheick Kongo meets former Bellator heavyweight champion Alexander Volkov.
Schilling (2-4) returned to MMA last year and defeated Melvin Manhoef by knockout at Bellator 131. He returned to the Bellator cage last month and lost a split decision against Rafael Carvalho. Kato (4-1) will be making his United States debut against Schilling and all of his fights have come in the Heat promotion. After starting 4-0, he was defeated in his last fight by TKO against Henrique Shigemoto.
