  1. Do you have the ?’s I sent from last week that you didn’t have the chance to get to? Along with those I also have a couple more.

    Sam, when you were with Bellator did the ppl at Viacom/ Spike want to dethrone the UFC one day as the number 1 promotion in the world? Or were they fine with being number 2? And do you think that still is their goal.

    What’s the latest on the Federal Trade Commission reopening the UFC case from 2012 and are they true?

    1. Do you consider these fights as super fights: Aldo vs McGregor/ Melendez vs Alvarez/ Weidman vs Belfort/ Cain vs Werdum? Based on what Bellator has and does call (super fights) I think these fights I mentioned are.

        Sam what are your top 3 Bellator fights you’ve made that were non tournament based/ title fights. What I mean is just feature fights.

        What did you think of Bjorn as a businessman when you worked with him?

        Do you guys think boxing will ever be mainstream again? Also do you think there’s a chance MMA ever becomes mainstream?

  2. Even though John Moraga vs. Joseph Benavidez is on the UFC 187 main card, I believe the John Dodson vs. Zach Makovsky winner has a better case for the next crack at DJ.

    Having said that, do you guys think of the winner of Moraga vs. Benavidez being the next opponent for Henry Cejudo if he gets past Chico Camus at UFC 188? I believe Cejudo needs to legitimize himself before he can contest for the title. Thank you for your time Jason and Sam.

  3. What do you think about DC/AJ headlining over Weidman vs Belfort? If you ask me, Belfort is by far the biggest name on the card. He has some casual fan value and of course Brazil loves him. Why not main event him? Doesn’t seem to make too much sense. DC and Rumble aren’t huge names and Weidman has some name value after his fights vs Anderson Silva. I don’t think it’s the heavier weight class thing cause UFC 189 has the smaller guys headlining.

  4. Also, do you have any idea why Bendo was pulled out of the fight at the TUF finale? Call me crazy but I have a bit of a conspiracy theory. I think the UFC knows Bendo is going to test the market after this fight, so they want to give him the toughest fight possible in hopes that he loses. If Bendo wins and becomes a free agent, he is in prime position to have a good payday because he’ll have wins over huge names in the top 10 and he’ll be on a winning streak. The UFC probably doesn’t want a Gilbert Melendez situation. Do you guys think it’s plausible the UFC would want Bendo having the toughest matchup possible? They seem to coddle guys like Pettis but they have no issue with dishing Bendo out to the toughest guys.

  5. How many shows would you like to see Bellator hold next year? How many tentpole shows, how many regular events?
