The complete main card for WSOF 28 has been finalized by the promotion as Jamie Yager vs. Greg Parker and Ozzie Alvarez vs. Andrew Ramm have been booked for the event that will take place later this month in California.
The fight bookings were announced by the WSOF on Monday in a press release.
WSOF 28 will come from the Next Level Sports Complex in Garden Grove, California and will be headlined by a title fight as Marlon Moraes defends the bantamweight title against Joseph Barajas.
Yager (6-4) is returning to the cage for the first time in three years as his last fight took place at Bellator 85 in 2013. He will be looking to snap a two fight losing streak and five of his six wins have come by stoppage. Parker (5-1) is coming off a submission win in October against Daniel McWilliams and four of his five wins have come by submission. Four of his six fights have ended in the opening round and he has never made it to the third round.
Alvarez (6-3) enters this fight following a decision lost to Justin Patterson in September and the defeat snapped a five fight winning streak. All of his wins have come by finish and four of those wins are by TKO/KO. Ramm (4-3) has dropped two of his last three fights and comes into this fight following a decision lost against Andre Ricardo Chaves Santos. All of his wins have come by submission and three of those wins have come in the opening round.
