Cote (17-8) recently returned to the UFC in July and was defeated by Cung Le at UFC 148 by unanimous decision. He was released by the UFC after his lost to Tom Lawlor at UFC 121 and was on a four fight winning streak outside of the UFC.
Sakara (15-9, 1NC) has been in the UFC since 2005 and is currently on a two fight losing streak. He is coming off a lost at UFC on FUEL TV 2 against Brian Stann, which he was knocked out in the first round.
UFC 154 takes place on November 17th from the Bell Centre in Montreal and is expected to be headlined by Georges St-Pierre meeting Carlos Condit in a welterweight title unification bout.
