A lightweight bout has been added to UFC 151 on September 1st as Tim Means takes on Abel Trujillo, who will be making his UFC debut.
The UFC made the announcement on their website and the fight will take place on the preliminary card.
Means (18-3-1) entered the UFC at the beginning of 2012 and was the King of the Cage lightweight champion when he was signed by the UFC.
He has started his UFC career with two wins and is coming off a 66 second knockout of Justin Salas at UFC on FX 3 in June. He is 10-0-1 in his last 11 fights and 13 of his career wins are by knockout.
Trujillo (9-4) will be making his UFC debut against Means and is currently on a four fight winning streak. He is a member of the Blackzilian training team out of South Florida and five of his career victories are by either knockout or submission.
UFC 151 takes place on September 1st from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas and will be headlined by Jon Jones defending his light heavyweight title against former Pride and Strikeforce champion Dan Henderson.
