UFC 150 Result: Chico Camus wins UFC debut

The first fight on the UFC 150 preliminary card on FX was in the bantamweight division and Chico Camus won his UFC debut by unanimous decision over Dustin Pague.

All three rounds were on the ground and Camus was able to defend the submission attempts of Pague and win the fight with his ground strikes.

In the first round, Pague (11-7) was attempting to finish the fight with a triangle choke. Camus was able to defend the attacks and started using ground strikes.

Camus (12-3) then controlled the second round and was able to stay away from the submissions of his opponent. Then in the third round, Pague immediately got the fight to the ground and got the back of Camus. He locked in the body lock and then went to work on a rear-naked choke.

Camus was able to get out of the bad position and ended up in top position. He continue to batter Pague with ground strikes and attempted a submission in the last twenty seconds of the round.

Camus has now won four straight fights and Pague has lost two in a row after getting his first UFC victory against Jared Papazian two months ago.
