UFC 150 Result: Erik Perez knockouts Ken Stone in 17 seconds

The second fight on the UFC 150 preliminary card did not last long as Erik Perez finished Ken Stone by TKO in 17 seconds.

The knockout by Perez is the fastest knockout in UFC/WEC history in the bantamweight division.

Perez (12-4) landed a counter right hand that dropped stone and finished the fight with strikes before referee Herb Dean came in to stop the fight.

At the end of the fight, Stone did not appear to like the stoppage. When the replay was shown, Stone was knocked out and it was a good stoppage by Dean.

Perez has now won his first two fights in the UFC and both wins have come in the first round. His other win came at The Ultimate Fighter Finale when he defeated John Albert by technical submission.

Stone (11-4) entered the fight on a two fight winning streak and three of his four professional losses have come by knockout.
