The first fight on the UFC 150 main card on pay-per-view was a featherweight bout as Max Holloway (6-1) defeated Justin Lawrence by TKO in the second round. 
The first round will be remembered for the two illegal groin shots that Holloway landed on Lawrence. The second illegal groin shot happened at the end of the first round as the bell sounded.
After the round was over, Lawrence (4-1) recovered from the illegal shot and continue in the fight.
Holloway landed a knee that rocked Lawrence and had his back against the fence. He then landed a right body shot and then dropped Lawrence with a left liver shot. After throwing strikes on the ground, the referee came in to stop the fight.
Holloway has now won two in a row after losing his first UFC fight against Dustin Poirier. At 20 years old, he is one of the top prospects in the UFC featherweight division.
