After losing back to back fights, Yushin Okami got back to the winning side with a TKO victory in the second round over Buddy Roberts.
Okami (27-7) was able to take the fight to the ground in both rounds to overwhelm Roberts and nearly finished the fight at the end of the first round.
The bell at the end of the first round saved Roberts and the second round went just like the first.
Okami was able to get the fight to the ground and ended up getting the back of his opponent. After raining down multiple punches, referee Herb Dean came in to stop the fight.
The win by Okami snapped a two fight losing streak and this is his first win since UFC 122, when he defewated Nate Marquardt. On the other side, this is the first UFC lost by Roberts (12-3) and all three of his losses have come by either submission or knockout.
