Alan Belcher made his UFC debut against Yushin Okami at UFC 62 in 2006, which he was defeated by unanimous decision and he will get his rematch against the former title contender at UFC 155.
The UFC made the fight announcement on there website on Thursday and this fight will likely take place on the main card, which airs live on pay-per-view.
Belcher (18-6) is currently on a four fight winning streak, which includes wins over Patrick Cote and Rousimar Palhares.
He was scheduled to take on Vitor Belfort at UFC 153, but Belfort was moved to the UFC 152 card and Belcher pulled out of the fight card with an injury.
Okami (22-7) is a former title contender in the UFC middleweight division and holds a disqualification win over Anderson Silva, which happened outside of the UFC in early 2006.
He recently snapped a two fight losing streak at UFC 150 with a with a TKO victory over Buddy Roberts in the second round.
