Dana White doesn’t get along with Roy Nelson too well

The new season of “The Ultimate Fighter” will debut this Friday night on FX at 9 p.m. ET with this season going back to the tape format instead of the live format used last season.

The coaches for this season are heavyweights Shane Carwin and TUF Season 10 winner Roy Nelson and they will square off at the finale in December.

UFC President Dana White and Nelson have not always been on the same page and that has continued with this season of the reality show.

“This season is interesting,” White told Inside MMA on AXS TV. “Roy and I go not get along too well. He got his ideas, his ways of doing things and I have mine. He is a coach and we let him do his thing.”

The season premiere on Friday night will feature the 16 preliminary fights to get into the house and White has said in the past that the first episode is interesting with the things that happened between him and the UFC fighter.
