During Tuesday night’s “UFC Tonight” on FUEL TV, the UFC announced that UFC 157 will take place on February 23rd in Anaheim, California and UFC on FUEL TV 8 will take place on March 2nd in Japan.
Along with announcing the locations for these two fight cards, the UFC also confirmed that UFC on FUEL TV 7 will take place on February 16th, but did not announce the venue for the fight card.
The UFC is expected to announce the venue of UFC on FUEL TV 7 in the next couple of weeks.
UFC 157 will take place from the Honda Center, which hosted UFC on FOX 1 last year when Junior dos Santos defeated Cain Velasquez to become the UFC heavyweight champion.
UFC on FUEL TV 8 will come from the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo, Japan and this is the same arena that hosted UFC 144 last year when Benson Henderson defeated Frankie Edgar to become the UFC lightweight champion.
