The opening bout of last week’s Bellator 83 card was a women’s flyweight (125 lbs) bout as Jessica Eye took on Bellator women’s 115 lb champion Zoila Gurgel. 
The fight lasted less than one minute with Eye scoring a standing arm triangle choke submission after she had dropped Gurgel as the fight started.
