The season eight Bellator MMA light heavyweight tournament quarterfinals began this past Thursday night with three of the four quarterfinal bouts. 
One of the quarterfinal bouts took place on the preliminary card, which was Emanuel Newton taking on Atanas Djambazov and the fight was shown at the end of the main crd broadcast on Spike TV.
Spike TV has released the fight video online, which saw Newton advance to the semifinals where he will face the winner of the Bellator 86 bout between Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal and Przemyslaw Mysiala.
