The UFC has added a pair of bouts to the Memorial Day Weekend card in Las Vegas as Glover Teixeira faces Ryan Bader in a light heavyweight bout and Donald Cerrone meets KJ Noons.
UFC officials announced the fight booking on Tuesday evening and both fights are likely to take place on the main card on pay-per-view.
Teixeira (20-2) has gone 3-0 in the UFC and recently defeated former UFC champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson at UFC on FOX 6 in January. He has won 18 in a row and his last defeat came in 2005.
Bader (15-3) has won three of his last four, which includes a 50 second submission win over Vladimir Matyushenko at UFC on FOX 6. It was his first UFC victory by submission and his first submission win since 2008.
Cerrone (19-5, 1NC) won his first four fights in the UFC, but has gone 2-2 in his last four fights. He has won 6 fight night bonuses in his career and was recently defeated by Anthony Pettis at UFC on FOX 6.
Noons (11-6) will be making his UFC debut against Cerrone and has gone 1-4 in his last five fights. All four of those defeats were by decision and his last defeat by stoppage took place in 2007.
UFC 160 takes place on May 25th from the MGM Grand Garden Arena and will be headlined by Cain Velasquez defending the UFC heavyweight title against Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva.
