A pair of bouts have been added to UFC on FOX 7 on April 20th as Joseph Benavidez will meet Darren Uyenoyama in a flyweight bout and Francisco Rivera faces Hugo Viana in a bantamweight bout. 
UFC officials confirmed both fights today and both fights and both fights will take place on the preliminary card on FX.
Benavidez (17-3) recently defeated Ian McCall at UFC 156 by unanimous decision and he has won two of his three fights in the UFC flyweight division. His only defeat in the flyweight division came against Demetrious Johnson in the flyweight tournament final at UFC 152.
Uyenoyama (8-3) is a former Strikeforce fighter and has gone 2-0 in the UFC. He dropped down to the flyweight division in his last fight at UFC on FX 5 and defeated Phil Harris by submission.
Rivera (9-2, 1NC) is in his second stint in the UFC has has gone 2-0, 1NC since returning to the company and defeated Edwin Figueroa by TKO at UFC 156 in his last fight. Viana (7-0) is a TUF: Brazil alum and has won his first two fights in the UFC. He made his bantamweight debut at the TUF 16 Finale and defeated Reuben Duran by knockout in the first round.
UFC on FOX 7 takes place on April 20th from the HP Pavilion in San Jose and will be headlined by Benson Henderson defending the UFC lightweight title against Strikeforce lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez.
