An undisclosed injury has forced Akira Corassani to pull out of his UFC on FS1 #1 bout against Mike Brown and replacing him in the bout will be Steven Siler. 
UFC officials announced the change on Monday and the fight will take place on the preliminary card of UFC on FS1 #1.
UFC on FS1 #1 takes place on August 17th from the TD Garden in Boston and will be headlined by former UFC light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua facing Chael Sonnen in a five round heavyweight bout.
Siler (22-10) is a Ultimate Fighter 14 Alum and has won four of his five fights in the UFC. After losing his first UFC fight in his fourth fight in the organization, he returned at UFC 159 and defeated Kurt Holobaugh by unanimous decision. Four of his five fights in the UFC have gone the distance and he is 3-1 in those fights.
Brown (26-8) has won back to back fights in the UFC and this will be his first fight since he defeated Daniel Pineda at UFC 146 last year. Both of his recent victories have come by decision and he recently became on of the coaches with American Top Team in South Florida.
