Anderson Silva will defend the UFC middleweight title against Chris Weidman in the main event of UFC 162 on Saturday night and Vitor Belfort believes he should face the winner.
Belfort wrote on Twitter today to UFC President Dana White that he is excited to see who wins on Saturday night and he deserves to face the winner.

Belfort (23-10) has won back to back fights and four of his last five since losing to Silva at UFC 126 at the beginning of 2011. His only lost in his last five fights came in a light heavyweight bout as he challenged UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones which he lost in the fourth round by submission.
He is currently the number two contender in the UFC media rankings and should be next in line for a title shot. However, UFC President Dana White said yesterday in Las Vegas that if Weidman wins on Saturday night, Silva will be an immediate rematch.
