The signing was made official on Tuesday night’s edition of UFC Tonight.

Eye (10-1) has won seven straight and is considered one of the top women’s flyweight (125 lbs) fighters in the world. She will be moving up to the bantamweight division (135 lbs) in the UFC.

While in Bellator, she went 3-0 and one of those wins came against Zolia Gurgel who was the only women’s champion in Bellator history.

He most recent fight took place in Ohio at NAAFS: Fight Night in the Flats 9 and she defeated Carina Damm by unanimous decision.

During the announcement of her signing on UFC Tonight, her UFC debut was not announced but her first UFC bout could end up being against Sarah Kaufman. Kaufman was booked to have her UFC debut come next week against Sara McMann but McMann recently pulled out of the fight and the UFC was unable to find a replacement fighter.
