The UFC has officially added six more bouts to UFC Fight Night 31 in Brazil including a welterweight bout between Brandon Thatch and Paulo Thiago.
The other fights that were made official by the UFC over the weekend were Godofredo Pepey vs. Sam Sicilia, Jose Maria vs. Dustin Ortiz, Thiago Tavares vs. Quinn Mulhern, Adriano Martins vs. Daron Cruickshank and Thiago Perpetuo vs. Omari Akhmedov.
UFC Fight Night 32 will come from the Goiania Arena in Goiania, Goias, Brazil and will be headlined by a light heavyweight bout as Vitor Belfort meets Dan Henderson in a rematch of their 2006 bout.
Thatch (10-1) was signed by the UFC earlier this year and defeated Justin Edwards by knockout in the first round at UFC Fight Night 27 in his UFC debut. He won the knockout of the night bonus on that evening and all of his wins have come in the first round.
Thiago (15-5) entered the UFC in 2009 and is 2-2 in his last four fights. He is coming off a decision win at UFC on FX 8 against Michel Prazeres and three of his last four wins in the UFC have come by decision.
