The season nine bantamweight tournament final between Joe Warren and Travis Marx has a date as they will meet at Bellator 107 on November 8th.
Bellator MMA announced the fight during Friday night’s Bellator 105 broadcast on Spike TV.
Bellator 107 will come from the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma and this will the Bellator’s third visit to the venue in 2013.
Warren (9-3) has won back to back fights in the Bellator bantamweight division, including his second round victory over Nick Kirk in the semifinals of the season nine tournament.
If he is able to defeat Marx, he will become only the second fighter in Bellator history to win a tournament in two different weight classes.
Marx (21-4, 1NC) has also won back to back fights and defeated Brandon Bender at Bellator 100 to claim his spot in the final. Since entering Bellator, he has won three of his four fights with two of those wins coming by unanimous decision.
