Bellator 99 took place last month at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California and all the drug test results came back clean. 
The California State Athletic Commission confirmed the drug test results to TheMMAReport.com on Wednesday after they were requested.
Bellator 99 featured the opening round bouts of the season nine featherweight tournament as Patricio Pitbull, Fabricio Guerreiro, Justin Wilcox, and Joe Taimanglo advancing to the semifinals at Bellator 103.
Along with the tournament fights, the main card also had a light heavyweight bout as Vladimir Matyushenko defeated Houston Alexander by unanimous decision. Mayyushenko did suffer a hand injury in the fight and received a lengthy suspension from the commission.
