Bellator 108 TV Ratings Review: Viewership up 15% to 793k Viewers

Updated 11/19 — Bellator 108 took place on Friday night at the Ovation Hall inside the Revel Casino in Atlantic City. The main card featured Rampage Jackson winning his Bellator debut, Vitaly Minakov winning the heavyweight title, and Patricio Pitbull wins the featherweight tournament.

According to Nielsen sources, Bellator 108’s preliminary viewership landed at 793,000 total viewers, including 0.419 (+28%) million adults (18-49) w/ a 0.33 (+18%) rating .

The Jackson-Beltran main event fight drew 1.1 million viewers (10:30-1045pm) peaking at 1.2 million viewers.

Comparatively, last weeks Friday night show only landed at 683,000 total live viewers, making this show an increase of about 16%.

Cops was once again the lead-in for Bellator 108 and for once it did not reach the top-100 cable shows and did not reach a million viewers. Making for a very weak lead-in overall for Bellator.

When it came to the competition, Bellator’s biggest challenge for viewership and demographic numbers was WWE’s Smackdown (2.684 million viewers), SyFy’s Haven (1.572 million viewers), and ESPN’s NBA Basketball (1.35 million viewers) – all of which were substantial declines from the previous week.
