UFC Fight Night 32 took place on Saturday night from the Goiania Arena in Goiania, Goias, Brazil on Saturday night and featured Vitor Belfort winning his third straight fight by knocking out Dan Henderson.
According to Nielsen sources, the preliminary overnight rating for UFC Fight Night 32 main card landed at 722,000 total viewers.
These numbers are up 12% from the UFC Fight Night 31 (641k live), which took place earlier in the week on Fox Sports 1.
UFC Fight Night 32 was also the UFC’s return to Saturday night on Fox Sports 1 for a Fight Night Card since UFC Fight Night 26 which landed at 1.78 million viewers and 1.38 in the 18-49 adult demographic rating all the way back in August.
When it came to the competition College Football reigned supreme all over the airwaves including LSA/Alabama (11.55 million w/ 3.9/13 rating), Texas/WVU (2.38 million w/ 0.7/2 rating) and ND/Pitt (2.67 million w/ 0.5/2 rating). Rounding out the night was the Miss Universe Pageant (3.76 million w/ 0.9/2 rating) down slightly from last year.
