Countdown to UFC 169 premiered last night on Fox Sports 2 and the UFC has released the full show online.
UFC 169 is scheduled to take place on Saturday night from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey and the countdown show previews three of the five fights on the pay-per-view portion of the fight card.
